| 内容記述 | [要旨]これまでの生産管理論，技術経営論では，自動車産業を代表とする組立産業において，部品間の相互依存関係とそのマネジメントに関する学術的蓄積はあるものの，鉄鋼産業など，いわゆるプロセス産業における工程間の相互依存関係とそのマネジメントはあまり注目されてこなかった。本稿では，生産工程間の依存関係に注目しながら，操業技術としての工程間調整を説明した上で，工程内調整を担当するオペレーターと工程間調整を担当する一貫品質管理部門について分析する。 [Abstract] Extant literature in production management and technology management addresses managing the interdependence of components in assembly industry such as automobile industry. This study examines managing the interdependence among successive stages of production processes, focusing on operators and integrated quality control department. |
