| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：中小企業における新たな商品やサービスの提供には，Absorptive Capacity（吸収能力）とInnovation Capability（イノベーション能力）が深く関与していることが本研究により実証された。前者については，吸収能力のうち3つの要素，すなわち，新たな価値の認識，外部からの情報・技術の獲得，獲得したものを社内技術と融合し活用できる状態にする同化，が新製品の生産や新サービスの提供と関連が深い。後者については，従業員が積極的に関与できるR&Dが指向され，企業内部での技術と製品開発の連携を意図したR&D活動やICTの活用により，社内のイノベーション能力の向上が重要になる。研究成果の概要（英文）：In this study we clarified that Absorptive Capacity and Innovation Capability were deeply involved in the creation of new products and services in SMEs. Regarding the former, three elements in Absorptive Capacity, namely, the recognition of new value, the acquisition of new information and technology from the outside firms, the assimilation of the acquired information into a state where it can be used by fusing it with the in-house technology, are closely related the creation of new products and services. As for the latter, it is important to improve the in-house innovation capability by R & D in which employees can be actively involved, and by utilizing R & D activities and ICT intended to link technology and product development within the company. | |||||||||||||||||
