| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本稿の課題は，国際労働機関（ILO）創設期における国際労働規制の影響力はどの程度のものであったのかについて，1919年の ILO 第１号条約（「工業的企業に於ける労働時間を１日８時間且１週４８時間に制限する条約」）を事例として検討することにある。今回は，連載の６回目であり，第１回 ILO ワシントン総会後から1922年10月の枢密院による決議に至る時期において，日本の政府や世論は，第１号条約の批准問題についてどのような対応や反応をしたのかを検討している。 [Abstract] The problem presented in this article considers the case of the first Convention of the ILO in 1919 (Hours of Work) where a treaty was examined, and to what degree there was an influence on international labour standards.It also consists of six parts related to serialization along with a part where we consider what was the reaction and response of the Japanese government. This also includes an opinion on the ratification problem of the first Convention in the time after the １st International Labour Conference in Washington for resolving it by the Privy Council in October 1922. |
