| 内容記述 | [概要]本稿の主要な目的は，リーダーシップ・ロマンスがフォロワーシップ，とりわけ，プロアクティブ・フォロワーシップに及ぼす影響について検討することにある。関西の私立大学に在籍する学生を対象に調査をしたところ，リーダーシップ・ロマンスはプロアクティブ・フォロワーシップに対して正の影響を及ぼしていることがわかった。また，フォロワーが自らに，いわゆる部下性を認知していると，プロアクティブ・フォロワーシップが生じないことも確認された。さらに，組織コミットメントがプロアクティブ・フォロワーシップを促進することも明らかになった。 [Abstract] The principal aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact from romance of leadership on the followership, especially proactive followership. The research, conducted on the students of private universities in Kansai District, revealed that romance of leadership would have positive effect on proactive followership. It also showed that proactive followership would not be generated where followers were aware of their “subordinateship”. Moreover, the research made it clear that organizational commitment would encourage proactive followership. |
