| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、平成28年熊本地震のために整備された災害公営住宅について、設計者の意図と住民のニーズを照らし合わせることで、災害公営住宅の計画の適性について考察することである。初年度は緊急事態宣言や重点措置が発令され県外への移動ができない時期が続き調査できなかったが、次年度から被災者にヒアリング調査を進めることができた。研究成果は主に次の2つである。1つ目は屋外の共有空間について、設計者の意図と、外構の管理状況や居住者間交流の関係について分析した。2つ目は住宅の平面計画から、設計者の意図と住民の使われ方を比較した。今後、熊本地震全体の総括や東日本大震災からの一連の流れをまとめる予定である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to research the suitability of plans for public housing prepared for 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake by comparing the intentions of designers with the needs of residents. . In the first year, we were unable to continue the survey due to the declaration of emergency and to travel outside the prefecture, but from the following year we were able to conduct interviews with disaster victims. The research results are mainly the following two.The first was an analysis of the relationship between the designer's intentions, the management status of the exterior structure, and social interactions between residents in outdoor shared spaces. Second, based on the floor plan of the house, we compared the designer's intentions and how the residents would use the house. Now, we are planning to give an overview of the entire Kumamoto Earthquake and summarize a series of flows since the Great East Japan Earthquake. | |||||||||
