| 内容記述 | [概要]本稿で試みられるのは，マネジメントの分野で功績を残したピーター・ドラッカーの幼少期の生い立ちの考察である。ドラッカーは，1937年にアメリカに移住して以来，主に企業や産業社会に関する研究を始め，その名は経営やビジネスで広く知られるようになった。しかし，彼の出生地は本来オーストリア・ハンガリー帝国末期ウィーンであり，そこで多くの文化人・知識人と交流し，知的滋養を摂取してきた。本稿では，彼の幼少期の育ちの一端を，特に小学校からギムナジウム時代にかけて彼に影響を及ぼしたユダヤ系教育者オイゲニア・シュヴァルツヴァルトとの関連から考察したく考える。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | What we attempted in this paper is an examination of the childhood upbringing of Peter Drucker, a major achievement in management. He began his research on corporations and industrial society mainly after his immigration to the U.S. in 1937, and his name has been widely known in the world of management and business. However, his birthplace was Vienna at the end of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, where he interacted with a wealth of cultured and cultural figures. In this paper, we examine some aspects of his childhood upbringing, focusing especially on his interaction with Genia Schwarzwald, a female educator who had a great influence on him from elementary school through his time at the Gymnasium. | |||||||
