| 内容記述 | 本研究では、運動の意図の信号が脳領域間以下に流れていくかを調べる研究であるが、まず行動実験を行って、意識下のprospectiveな情報処理の意図に対する影響を調べた。高速液晶シャッターを導入して、把持運動の直前に、異なる形の物体をプライミング刺激として意識下あるいは意識に上る時間で提示し、サルの把持運動の運動時間を計測した。一頭のサルで、プライミングと把持物体が一致する条件では、プライミングが意識下であっても運動のプランニングがおこなわれてことが明らかになった。しかし、一致不一致を混ぜて提示すると片方の物体にバイアスを掛けてしまい、プライミングの効果が低下することが明らかになった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To investigate how signals of motor intention flow between different brain regions, we first conducted a behavioral experiment to examine the effects of subconscious prospective information processing on intention. We introduced a high-speed LCD shutter and presented objects of different shapes as priming stimuli for conscious or subconscious time lengths prior to the grasping movement, and measured the movement time of the monkeys' grasping movements. The results showed that in one monkey, the task trial of grasping only the object that matched the priming stimulus resulted in proper motor planning even if the priming was unconscious. However, in task trials in which the monkeys were randomly grasped an object that matched or mismatched the priming stimulus, the priming effect was reduced because the monkeys were biased toward intentionally grasping one of the objects. | |||||||||||||
