| 内容記述 | 価値共創人材の育成と事業システムに関する研究成果は以下の4点である。①京都花街では顧客情報を有し取引の要となるお茶屋や芸妓が現場のチーム編成や楽曲選定を行うことが多く、価値共創と人材育成が平行して実施される。②能楽師は徒弟的な関係以外にも専門職同士のつながりを有し、それをもとに創造性や芸術性の高い公演を企画し互いのキャリア形成を意図して活動する。③宝塚歌劇やAKB48では興行成績が優先されるため、ファンとの関係性構築が人材育成より重視される。④日本伝統文化専門職は顧客と接点を有し事業主体となるため人材育成と価値共創の両立をしようとするが、宝塚歌劇やAKB48では人材側にその点の意識は薄い。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the area of value co-creation talent development and business systems, I have identified four research findings. (1) In Kyoto's Hanamachi district, Ochaya and Geiko who have customer information and are the key players in transactions, organize on-site teams and select music pieces, so value co-creation and talent training are conducted in parallel. (2) In addition to apprenticeships, Noh performers have professional ties, which they use to plan highly creative and artistic performances with the intention of building each other's careers. (3) Takarazuka Revue and AKB48 place priority on box-office performance, so building relationships with fans is more important than human resource development. (iv) Japanese traditional culture specialists have contact with their clients and are the main actors in the business, so they try to balance human resource development and value co-creation, while Takarazuka Revue and AKB48 have little awareness of this on the human resource side. | |||||
