| 内容記述 | [要旨]本稿の目的は，非営利組織のガバナンスを説明するモデルを検討することにある。具体的には，ポリシー・ガバナンス・モデルに始まり，主なガバナンス・モデル（プリンシパル・エージェント・モデル，スチュワードシップ・モデル，ステークホルダー・モデル等）を概説したうえで，各モデルの意義と問題点を検討する。最後に，非営利ガバナンス・モデルに係る研究の総括を行う。 | |||||||||
