| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿の目的は，今なぜフォロワーシップが求められているのかを，主にリーダーとフォロワーの関係性から明らかにすることである。まず，人事労務管理の歴史を紐解くことによって，労働組織内におけるフォロワーの社会的地位が向上してきたことを明らかにした。次に，現代日本企業におけるリーダーシップにフォーカスし，リーダーシップが弱体化してきていることを明らかにした。最後に，リーダーシップ・ロマンスなどの議論から，リーダーシップの有効性に対して疑問を投げかけた。以上のことから，現代の企業社会においてリーダーシップ偏重の組織は限界にあることが明らかになった。 [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to reveal the reason why the followership is needed mainly through the lens of relationship between leaders and followers. Referencing the history of human resource management, the author clarified the fact that the social status of followers have been advanced, while the leadership has been weaken in modern Japanese corporations. The paper also raised doubt on the efficacy of the leadership from the discussion such as leadership romance. From the above, the paper leaded a conclusion that the leadership-oriented organization in modern corporate society has been reached a limit. |
