| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本研究の目的は，ジュニアスポーツにおける指導について北海道地区の野球に着目し，ジュニア期指導の実態を明らかにし，一貫指導プログラムを構築するための基礎的知見を得ることである。そこで，小学生チームの指導者（Ｅ群）と中学生チームの指導者（Ｊ群）を対象に集合調査法によって質問紙調査を実施した。指導者に関する質問（5項目），活動内容に関する質問（9項目），活動量に関する質問（13項）の計27項目を分析対象とし，質問紙によって得られた結果を集計し，27項目の質問について，Ｅ群とＪ群を比較するために，2群間の分析にはｔ検定を用い，その他の項目についてはカイ二乗検定を用いた。有意水準はそれぞれ5％および1％とした。 [Abstract] The purpose of this research is to aim at baseball in Hokkaido area about teachings in a junior sport, make the reality of the junior period teachings clear and get the basic knowledge to build a consistent teaching program. So a survey by questionnaire was put into effect by an assembly research method targeted for the leader of an elementary schoolchild team（E group）and the leader of a junior high school student team（Jgroup）. We made total of 27 items of the question about a leader（5items）, the question about the active contents（9 items）and the question about the active amount（13 item）the analysis subject and totaled the result obtained by a questionnaire. Chi-square testing was used for an analysis between 2 groups about other items using t official approval to compare an E group and J group about 27 items of question. The significant level was set to 5％ and 1％ respectively. |
