| 内容記述 | [要旨]近年，働く職場において長時間労働，過労死，過度のストレス，鬱などの問題が生じ，これらの問題をどのように解決し，働きがいのある最高の職場を作るかが大きな研究課題になり，そのような組織の特徴も明らかにされてきている。また組織活性化の決め手として，有効なチーム作りに関する研究も行われてきている。しかし，最高の組織と有効なチーム作りがどのように関係するか，あるいは最高の組織はどのようなチームによって形成されるかについては十分に検討されていない。そこで，本稿は，働きがいのある最高の組織がどのような特徴を持っているかを明らかにし，集団の特徴やチームの発展過程，およびチームビルディングにおけるリーダーの役割を検討して，働きがいのある最高の組織につながる有効なチーム作りの条件を解明している。 [Abstract] Recently there are many studies being performed in order to solve issues, such as death from overwork, long hours of hard work, overstress, depression, and so on. Those studies have elucidated characteristics of great organizations or abundant organizations which are worth working. On the other hand, there are many studies on effective teams in workplaces which improve their productivity, performance, and job satisfaction.But there is little research which clarifies the relationship between great organizations and effective team building. Therefore, this article is intended to elucidate the relationship between great organizations and effective teams, and the conditions of team effectiveness which facilitate building great organizations by discussing the role of leadership in effective team building. |
