| 内容記述 | [概要]魚介物に対する需要が高まる一方で，海産魚の乱獲が心配されることから，養殖に対する期待が世界的に高まっている。本稿は，従来の養殖が有する様々な問題点を解消しつつ，地域活性化にも資する取り組みとして，閉鎖循環式陸上養殖を用いた飛騨とらふぐに着目し，その概要を紹介する。 [Abstract]Currently demands for sea foods have increased; however, there are concerns about the decrease in marine biology due to overfishing. This concern has enhanced the expectation for aquacultural production worldwide. We overview Hida torafugu, which adopts a closed recirculation system for culturing puffer fish on land. This is one of the excellent cases of inland aquaculture that contributes not only to removing several issues concerning typical aquaculture, but also contributes to regional revitalization. |
