| 内容記述 | [要旨]1985年から中国政府は相次いで科学技術体制の改革と教育体制の改革を実施しはじめた。これに伴って，大学発ベンチャーが活発になり，大学と研究機関が集中している北京だけでなく，地方の大学にもベンチャーが輩出している。本稿で取り上げる東軟グループは遼寧省瀋陽市に東北大学発ベンチャーである。言うまでもなく，大学発ベンチャーだから，必ず成功するという保証はない。生き残れるかどうかはイノベーション次第といっても過言ではないだろうと思う。WTO加盟の実現で，外国企業の中国進出が増える一方，中国企業も海外へ進出しはじめた。ところが，知的財産権を持たないので，時々トラブルを起こした。そのため，中国政府は自主イノベーションを提唱している。本稿は，自主イノベーションとは何かを検討した上で，東軟グループをケースとしてその自主イノベーションを考察した。 [Abstract]The Chinese government started reforming its system of science and technology, and education in 1985. As a result, university ventures have become active, which is seen not only in Beijing, where many universities and research institutes are concentrated, but also in local cities. Neusoft Group discussed in this paper is a Northeast University venture in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Needless to say, university ventures are not necessarily to be successful. The author thinks that whether they survive or not depends on innovation. Thanks to China joining WTO, foreign companiesʼ entry into China has increased. Also, Chinese companies have begun to expand abroad. However, they have sometimes caused trouble overseas because they do not have intellectual property rights. Therefore, the Chinese government has encouraged independent innovation in Chinese companies. In this paper, the author described what independent innovation is and discussed the case of Neusoft Group. |
