| 内容記述 | [概要]本研究の目的は，パイロット・インタビュー調査を通じて，救急救命士のキャリアと経験学習を考察することである。救急救命士を対象としたキャリア研究および経験学習研究は見当たらず，彼らのキャリアにどのような特徴があるのか明らかではない。そこで，研修所に教官として勤務する救急救命士に対してインタビュー調査を実施し，彼らのキャリアと経験から学んでいることを分析した。彼らの経験学習が，救急救命士になる以前のキャリアにも生じており，また彼らを取り巻く特有の文脈が関連していることを示す。 [Abstract]This article examines the careers and experiential learning of emergency medical technicians from results of a pilot study. Previous studies haven’t demonstrated the issues of their careers and experiential learning because of no researches. We investigated the experienced emergency medical technicians as teachers who worked at the training institute for emergency medical technicians. The results suggest that they learned from experiences in their careers not only after they became emergency medical technicians but before. In addition, this article addresses the relevance of multiple contextual influences to their experiential learning. |
