| 内容記述 | [概要]本論文は，産業界と大学が連携する活動である産学連携のビジネスの現状を理解するとともに，その一例として，(株)神戸新聞社が実施している地域企業と大学生の人材のマッチング事業（Mラボ事業）を取り上げる。文系分野での産学連携ビジネスは，連携分野が限定されており，Mラボ事業のような人材のマッチングに取り組むケースはまだ少ない。このケースを通じて，社会性，事業性，革新性の観点から重要な要因を提示する。 [Abstract] This article examines current issues of the academic-industrial alliance business and important factors to facilitate the business by an example of job matching business scheme (Kobe-Shinbun M Labo business, which solves job mismatch between local companies and university students). We suggest some key findings related to societal, financial, and innovative perspectives. |
