| 内容記述 | [Abstract] This study compared the group (S group) which carried out an intense activity in the body image and the group (C group) which did not exercise with the exercise of boy university student custom. As a result, 1) The S group had higher height and weight than C group, and the ％ fat showed a low value. S group was significantly higher in the muscular strength than C group, and the S group had a bigger muscular strength than C group, and there was much muscle quantity, too. 2) The S group was unconcerned about diet and showed "the thought about the ideal figure" of a magazine, the article and a tendency not to be influenced by very much "how you made a style better". 3) The image of the silhouette showed a normal figure (five points) with both groups of S group and C group. Five points and the person whom I chose showed 70％-90％ of the whole and the highest ratio to "the silhouette to idealize" like "a silhouette to see healthfully" together both groups. 4) Because the mark of the silhouette of S group and the C group and the relations of the BMI evaluated the build that was meatiness and the silhouette which were not so, big range width was seen in the numerical value of the silhouette. | |||||||||||||
