| 内容記述 | [概要] 厳しい経済環境の中, 長期にわたり就職も厳しい状況が続き, 大手企業に所属する社員も含めて将来への不透明感が高まっている。 これらに対し社員は成人前期から自らキャリアをマネジメントしていく必要がある。 キャリアをマネジメントしていくための一つのヒントはキャリアの見通し(キャリア・パースペクティブ)を持つことである。 キャリア・パースペクティブを持つにあたり, 最も影響するのは職業的アイデンティティである。 職業的アイデンティティは日々の仕事の取り組みを通して発達する。 そのため成人前期に, 周囲とかかわりながら, 主体的に仕事に取り組むことが必要である。 [Abstract] In the current severe economic environment, new graduates are facing tough times over a long period, and even company employees who works for major corporations are frustrated by the uncertainty about their futures. In such a circumstance, it is essential for the employees to manage their own career from early adulthood. One tip for managing their own career is to have a career perspectives. A serious impact of having own career perspective is a vocational identity, which can be developed through the efforts of their daily work. Therefore, it is important for early adults to interact with people around them in their work place and proactively engaged themselves with their own work. |
