| 内容記述 | [概要] カウンセラーには, その責務に基づき順守すべき倫理綱領といくつかの倫理項目がある。 しかし企業団体に勤務するカウンセラーには, 組織の一員として業務命令に従う義務もあり, そこにクライエントと組織の間の利益相反による葛藤が生じることになる。 地域社会で業務を行うカウンセラーには, 日常クライエントと遭遇したり, 慣習的な社交を余儀なくされ今後のカウンセリング関係に悩むこともあろう。 またカウンセラーが同僚を啓発すべき際に, その方法について葛藤を感じることもある。 本稿ではそれらの倫理葛藤(ジレンマ)の解決方法を代表的事例により考察をすると共に, 解決するにあたりカウンセラーが保持すべき付加的能力について考察した。 [Abstract] Counselors have responsibility to follow the code of ethics based on their moral duty. But employed counselors also have to follow the rules of the enterprise. Under these circumstances, they may fall into a dilemma of conflict of interest between the client and the enterprise. Community counselors often may be compelled to join the client in the social relation. Therefore, they may be worried about the relation with the client from now on. And other counselors may be worried about how to enlighten their colleagues. So,this paper clarifies through a few case studies how to resolve above-mentioned dilemmas, and additional abilities for resolving them. |
