| 内容記述 | 【概要】実践経営学会が追い求めている「経営学の実践的な意義と課題と方法」の確立について, 主として経済学との関係性からの検討と歴史的確認を行うとともに, 学会が掲げている, あるべき研究姿勢や研究者倫理, さらには学会のレーゾンデートルに関連して, 筆者がこれまでに公表してきた考え方や見解の整理を試みた。特に, 「研究者の意識をどう高く維持するか」, そして「実践経営研究の一層の拡大と進化をどう進めるべきか」という観点から, 「『公益』追求の経営学」の主張を試みた。そのためにも, 「すぐれたマネジメント」に研究の焦点を当てるべきこと, 変化が激しい時期においてこそ, 経営の実践に即した現状把握を行うことの重要性を訴えた。 【Abstract】 This article aims to summarise the views and thoughts the author has put forward in his past works which may contribute to the development of "practical significance, issues and methods of Management Studies" that the Japan Society for Applied Management pursues by considering its relationship with economics and offering a historical review. Further it seeks to offer ideas on the ideal research approach and ethics which the Society quests as well as the raison d'être of this Society. In particular, the article places emphasis on "Management Studies as a means of pursuing the public interest" from the perspectives of maintaining motivation of researchers and further broadening and developing research in Applied Management Studies. |
