| 内容記述 | 【概要】企業はしばしば業績の低迷を経験する。業績欠損という状態から, 自助努力によって正常な状態に戻す経営努力は「自主再建」という重要な経営課題である。再建に失敗した場合は, 倒産という最悪の事態に陥る。企業の業績が低迷し, 再建や再生に陥る過程は, 根本的には経営者に問題があり, 企業外の要因が引き金となって, 企業内部の問題点が顕在化し, 業績悪化に陥る。早期に企業内の問題点を認識し, 顕在化するまでに解決するのが経営者の役割である。赤字企業もすぐに倒産はせず, ある程度の時間的余裕があり, 自主再建は可能である。再建時の経営者の役割を日産自動車やパナソニック(松下電器産業)の事例で分析する。経営者はパラダイム・チェンジ, 自主再建計画の立案・実行, 有力支援・協力先の確保, 内部組織の機能化, 従業員の士気向上を進める。 【Abstract】 Corporate restructuring is one of the important subjects of a management problem. There are independence turnaround and legal turnaround as reconstruction. This paper considers independence turnaround. Corporate goes bankrupt when independence turnaround goes wrong. Since many sacrifices are raised by bankruptcy, the company aiming at a going concern has to avoid it if possible. It does not go bankrupt in the company where accomplishment became a deficit immediately. Some period which can surely be rebuilt remains. As procedure required for independence turnaround between them —it can step on— performance recovery is possible. A function of executive is important in a reconstruction course. A part for a main subject considers the function of the executive in a reconstruction course. |
