| 内容記述 | 【要約】企業を営むについては, その規模の如何を問わず, いずれの企業においても経営戦略を策定している。それが粗であるか, あるいは密であるかは問わず, 何らかの経営戦略は立てられている。また, そのような経営戦略, あるいは経営戦略論については, かなり以前から多くの識者によって論ぜられてきている。しかし, 多くの企業は, その経営戦略に基づき成長路線をたどることもあれば, 成長路線から外れて衰退, あるいは破綻することもあり, 経営戦略策定の一定のルール, あるいは成功システムが必ずしも用意されているとは言えない。そこで, 古くから考えられ, 試行錯誤的に行われてきた国家戦略, あるいは軍事戦略の流れを振り返り, 今後の企業が独自で行うべき経営戦略策定の方途を探るべく論をすすめることとする。 【Abstract】 All companies, regardless of size, have management strategies, whether elaborate or crude. Such strategies, or the theories behind them, have long been the focus of study of a number of expert. While some companies are enjoying continued growth under current management strategies, more than a few companies have diverged from a growth path and failed in business or become insolvent. In this light, it cannot be said that there are always certain rules to follow when development management strategies or that there is one certain system that ensures success in business. This paper reviews the national and military strategies that have been conceived and implemented through trial and error since early times, and it explores ways for companies to successfully develop management strategies on their own in the future. |
