| 内容記述 | 【概要】近年アプリケーションソフトウェアの設計, 開発や保守業務を中国のソフトウェア開発会社にオフショア先として利用することが注目されている。オフショア開発する目的はさまざまではあるが, ソフトウェア開発会社のSE不足やコスト低減が主なところである。確かに人件費の安価な中国では日本に比べ人月単価は低く, 近年の中国の学歴レベルからするとソフトウェア開発をする壁は低くなってきているし開発人口も多い。一方でオフショアを利用することはメリットだけではなく失敗しているケースもある。本論では, 顧客企業からの視点で筆者自身が現在担当しているプロジェクトの現状を交えながら, 日本企業のソフトウェア開発の課題, オフショアを有効活用するポイントについて考察する次第である。 【Outline】 Recently it is noticed that a software development company in China is utilized as an offshore company in case of doing design, development and maintenance of application software. It has various purposes in utilization of an offshore company, but main reasons are a lack of system engineers of software Development Company and decrease of cost. It is certainly, in China, a monthly unit price per person is low as compared with Japan, a wall of software development in Chinese offshore company is lower because Chinese educational background level is rising nowadays, and there are a lot of number of programmers. In using an offshore company has advantages and disadvantages. In this treatise, I consider problem when Japanese company develops software and points when they utilize an offshore company effectively from the viewpoint of customer while the status of the project I am in charge of now. |
