| 内容記述 | 【概要】本論は日本型システムの形成過程を遡って, その特質を明らかにすることにより, 今日, 日本企業が対応を迫られている米英社会のコモンローに通じる要素を指摘する。すなわち地域主義や自己責任に通じる自力救済の観念は, もともと日本にも広く存在したものであり, 合衆国などが提唱するグローバルスタンダードと同じ思想基盤に立つ。このように特殊ローカルな現象と見られがちであった日本型システムは広く中世世界に強固に存在した普遍現象であり, 慣行に根ざす規範は社会に安定をもたらした。かつ生産性の向上に寄与したことも認めないわけにいかない。欧米を中心とする金融資本主義経済が揺らぎ, 世界システムが転換しつつある現在, 極東にあって独自に形成されてきた社会システムを再検証することは現代企業社会が直面するガバナンスやコンプライアンスなどの課題解決に示唆を与えるであろう。 【Abstract】 This article traces back to the formation process of the Japanese model system and clarifies the characteristic. By this means, it points out elements of Common Law that are pressing for measures against Japanese companies today. In other words, there was the spirit of own-relief related to self-responsibility in Japan by nature and it takes a thought ground same as the global standards that the United States proposes. At present, financial capital economy shakes and the world system is turning. The verification of the social system that has been formed originally in the Far East will give a suggestion for the problem solution of the recent company society. |
