| 内容記述 | 【概要】大学発ベンチャーは, 大学教員のやや基礎研究寄りの研究成果がべ一スとなっている関係で, 通常のベンチャービジネス以上に成長・発展する条件が厳しい。そのため, 「自立」を基本としながら, 「志の連鎖」で結ばれた学内外組織とのアライアンスが欠かせない。その際, 顧客や社会に役立ちたいとする「利他心」に裏付けられたCSR指向と, 「研究開発の商業化」を目指すMOT戦略が鍵となる。 【Abstract】 University ventures are the relations whose study results of the basic researching a little inclined to of the teacher of the university it are bases, and the condition of growth and developing more than a usual venture business is severe. Therefore, alliance with the organization outside school connected by "Chain of the will" while assuming "Independence" to be basic is indispensable. In that case, the MOT strategy that aims at proven CSR aim and"Commercialization of the research and development" becomes "Profit and others mind" assumed to be to be want useful for the customer and the society with the key. |
