| 内容記述 | 【要約】本稿では, 従来からみられた都市商業地におけるまち並み形成の手法について分析し, その特徴や課題を整理したうえで, 都市商業地における新たなまち並み形成の視角として, 個々の店舗のセットバック空間を活用した私有地の社会的利用による商環境整備について考察した。さらに, これらを検証するために, これらの取り組みがみられる各地区のセットバック空間のつかわれ方の実態を分析し, 魅力あるまち並み形成がどのように行なわれているかを明らかにする。これらによって得られた知見から, 都市商業地における今後のまち並み形成への展望を試みた。 【Abstract】 This paper analyzes current methods that create townscape inside business districts of cities, and discusses the business environment maintenance with the social exploitation of private properties utilizing the "setback spaces" of the stores to create the townscape based on organizing the methods' characteristics, or issues. In addition, to demonstrate our analysis and discussion of the above, we analyzed how these "setback spaces" are used and demonstrated how fascinating streets could be created. From the knowledge obtained from this analysis and demonstration, we tried to view the business environment maintenance inside business districts of cities of the future. |
