| 内容記述 | 【概要】われわれの「都市」を取り巻く環境は激変している。今日, 持続可能な都市の構築を意図した試みがさまざまな形で行われているが, このような試みは, 近未来の都市, ひいては社会全体の未来に決定的な影響を及ぼすだけにその意義と重要性は計り知れない。現代では, 持続可能な都市の構築への取り組みは数多いが, その有力な方法の一つとして, 急速に発展しているICTの利活用がある。本稿では, このような認識のもとに, まず魅力ある都市の姿について簡潔に叙述し, 続いて, 魅力ある都市を構築するためのICTの利活用の必要性や有用性などに関して, 地方都市の事例を展開しながら検討を試みている。そして最後に, 筆者なりの知見を簡潔に記してむすびとしている。 【Abstract】 The environment which surrounds our urban is drastically changing. Today, many attempts has been made to form a sustainable urban. These attempts are important, for they will have a great effect on the whole society as well as on the urban in the near future. Today, one of the most effective ways to form a sustainable urban is in the utilization of ICT, which is making a rapid progress. In this thesis, I states about what the attractive urban is like and then about the necessity of utilization of ICT by developing the examples of the local urban. |
