| 内容記述 | [要旨] ニックリッシュの経営経済学の課題は, 「価値の流れ」と「組織の問題」である。本稿では, 第一次世界大戦により, 前者の「価値の流れ」が経営と経済にとり大切なことを彼が再認識した過程を, 1915年に出版された, 小冊子『事業における戦争リスクと戦争決算書のための資産の評価』と,論文「戦争中の支払いの流れ」を用いて, 検討する。われわれ日本人は, たとえば, 最近の地震・津波・台風などの天災はもちろん, たとえば, 石油や貴金属の輸出制限など, 国民生活に大きなリスクと障害をもたらすが, 個別の企業内での経済活動には起因しない, 社会問題を経験した。戦争を「社会問題」, 戦争のリスクを「社会リスク」に読み換えれば, 今日でも十分な意義があるとわれわれは考える。なお, 本稿の検討では, 「価値の流れ」と「組織の問題」は相互に密接な関連を有しており,企業を経営するための原則を解明することが, 経営学の課題の1つであることを再認識した。 [Abstract] H. Nicklisch focused on the stream of value and the problems of organization, when he made his theory of business economy. He recognized that the stream of value was important for business and economy because of the First World War. In this treatise, we make a study of two works that throw light upon the process of his recognization. In 1915, he published the slim volume book, titled "War Risk in Business and Assessment of Assets during a State of War," in German "Das Kriegsrisiko im Geschaft and die Bewertung des Vermogens fur die Kriegsbilanz", and his paper, titled "The Stream of Value in a State of War," in German "Der Zahlungsverkehr wahrend des Krieges". Japanese have had many experiences of disasters (e.g. earthquake, tsunami, typhoon), and export control (e.g. oil, rare metals), which created damage and social risks to our lives, but were not affected by business actions. When we change the words "war and war risk" to the words "social problem and the risk created by social problems," we can clearly see the positive approach to these problems and risks. We recognize that there are apt connections between the stream of value and the problems of organization, and put more weight upon the principals for operating in firm management to make the systematic theory of business economy. |
