| 内容記述 | [概要] ステイクホルダー型企業モデルに関する研究は, 少なからず存在する。にもかかわらず, 社会的側面に焦点があてられることが多いためか, ステイクホルダーと企業とのあいだの交換関係に重点を置いた研究はあまりみられない。そこで, 本稿においては, ステイクホルダーと企業とのあいだの交換関係を捉えようとしたシュミット(Schmidt, R.-B.)の「企業用具説」(Das Instrumentalthese der Unternehmung)について考察する。この学説は, コジオール(Kosiol, E)の収支的貸借対照表や, その源にあるシュマーレンバッハ(Schmalenbach, E), ニックリッシュ(Nicklisch, H), ワルプ(Walb, E)などによって展開された「価値の流れ」の考え方を下敷きにしつつ, 企業をとりまくステイクホルダーとの関係性を捉えうる枠組を提供している。本稿では企業用具説の基本思考について考察し, 続稿で予定している「成果使用」(Erfolgsverwendung) に関する検討へとつなげたい。 [Abstract] The aim of this paper is to clarify the instrumental thesis of the firm, that is advocated by Ralf- Bodo Schmidt. Recently, Stakeholder-oriented Models of Corporation are suggested by many scholars of the business administration. Nevertheless, we don't have many models that take the focus on the (economic) exchange relation between stakeholders and the corporation. So in this paper, we inquire to the instrumental thesis of the firm. This thesis is based on the concept "Corporate Process (Unternehmungsprozess)" advocated by Erich Kosiol, Schmalenbach's concept of "dynamische Bilanz", Nicklisch's concept of "Value circulation net" and Walb's thesis of convectional kinetics of value etc. Furthermore, this thesis offers a framework to grasp the relationship between Stakeholders and the Corporation. In this paper, we consider and argue about the fundamental thought of the instrumental thesis of the firm. |
