| 内容記述 | [Abstract] Subject of this study is verification of the multi-functionalized Group Home for elderly with dementia. Presently, because of the rapid increase of the number of the business, issues of a gap in services and problems of effectiveness and quality of the care for elderly have been indicated, and they have been discussed. In an addition, recently, the recognition of the role and function of the Group Home has not been unified, therefore, it has been indicated that care services have been provided differently by the thought of managers in Group Home. Therefore, the based on the survey on the care consciousness of the staff in management in Group Home, I will organize and represent a direction for providing care services. | |||||||||
