| 内容記述 | [Abstract] We have developed ceramic cooking utensils to be used on an indeuction heating cooker. The utensils consist of a heating plate, a cooking plate, and a lid. The cooking plate, covered with the lid, is set on the heating plate. The heating plate, on an IH cooker, is induced to radiate heat, which has food baked on the cooking plate. Different from other cooking utensils which have the same body work for heating and cooking, these ceramic cooking utensils have a new-type dual structure of a heating plate being separated from a cooking plate. | |||||||||||||
