| 内容記述 | [概要] メガバンクの誕生含め, 数多くの銀行が合併を含む経営統合を経験した。銀行は情報生産機能を有する存在として考えられているが, その「生産された情報」は, 経営統合などによって, どこに継続されているのであろうか? もしくは, 継続されないのであろうか? 本稿の目的は, 「どの銀行がどの時点でどの銀行の借り手の情報を共有しているのか?」に関するデータを構築する際に直面する問題点とその解決策を提示することである。 [Abstract] Banks in Japan went through a number of mergers of banks including large-scale bank merger. Bank is considered to have an information production function. When bank goes through management integration like a merger, who takes over the information that bank produced ? This paper aims to propose a way to provide who takes over the information that bank produced through management integration. |
