| 内容記述 | [概要] 海外直接投資あるいはその行動主体である多国籍企業に関する研究は, 理論分野,実証分野を問わず数多く存在する。 しかし, これらの研究の分析視点は極めて多様であり, 非常に多くの研究アプローチが並存しているのが現状である。 それゆえ, その全体像を把握しつつ, 学問的な系譜を確認するという作業は容易ではない。 本稿では, 幅広い分析視角を持つこの研究領域のうち, 主に経済面への影響を論じた理論研究に対象を限定し, その概略の紹介を行うとともに, 従来の研究では十分に吟味されてこなかった分析視点について若干の指摘を行う。 [Abstract] Many theoretical studies have focused on the FDI(the activities of multinational firms), and they cover a wide range of tonics. The most common form of economic analysis of these studies is the general-equilibrium trade-theory view of the FDI. In this paper, we survey some of these works. We also point out certain problems regarding them and indicate the necessity of the introducing the open-macroeconomic aspect into these studies. | |||||||||
