| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿は, わが国で現在発展段階中である荷渡指図書, 特にその撤回について判例の立場を中心に考察する。と同時に, アメリカの統一商事法典における荷渡指図書についても検討を加える。 [Abstract] This paper investigates the Delivery Order whose use is growing in Japan, and especialy examines the precedent of the cancellation of the Delivery Order. At the same time this paper examines the Delivery Order under the Uniform Commercial Code in United States. | |||||||||
