内容記述 | [Abstract] This paper analyzed a number of aspects of ethnic business with Brazil -ian stores in Hamamatsu city, Shizuoka prefecture as an example . These included : local development, the market, the consciousness of ethnic group members and of Japanese residents, and experiences and behaviors at business establishments . The characteristics of ethnic business establishments were then defined . Thus, this paper investigated the factors to consider in defining ethnic business. As a result, we learned that we should study the characteristics of ethnic business establishments as places, in addition to the conventional definition based on business managers , employees, and goods and services handled, given the increased diversification of ethnic business which has come about with the acceleration of international labor migration in recent years. |
