| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本稿の目的は, 日本における銀行の破綻に際して政府がどのような政策を採ってきたのかを詳述し, 銀行の破綻が及ぼす影響と, 銀行破綻に際して採られた政府の対応の効果に関してのサーベイを行うことである。銀行の破綻の影響としては市場の反応ならびに実体経済への影響を中心に, また, 政策対応としては近年欧米でも行われた銀行への公的資金注入を中心に見ていくこととする。銀行の破綻の影響は, 概ね, 他の銀行や借り手にも大きな負の影響を与える。また, 公的資金注入の効果に関しては, 市場の反応は概ね好意的であるが, 実体経済への効果は必ずしも有効ではないことがわかった。 [Abstract] We begin by outlining the Japanese government's response to banking crisis. We then review the effects of bank failure and the response to it on the markets and the real economy. It was found that on average the main bank failure adversely affected its borrowers. Furthermore, we cannot conclude that public capital injections made a significant contribution to the real economy in Japan. |
