| 内容記述 | [概要]研究室(ゼミ)での卒業論文作成にあたり, 添削の頻度が増えると, 教員・学生間の論文草稿の受け渡しが煩雑になる。草稿を電子文書化すると, 第三者に閲覧されないような工夫が必要になる。これらの課題をクリアするために「ASPによる研究室電子文書共有」を試みた。その結果, (1)論文草稿の受け渡しが効率化され, 論文の質の向上が図れた, (2)学内からに加えて自宅からも利用できることで, 移動などの無駄な時間が削減できた, (3)適切なアクセス管理の下, 研究室内で論文草稿以外のいろいろな資料が共有できるようになった, (4)さらに付随ツールを併用することで, 研究室内のコミュニケーションも向上した。[Abstract] When a graduate thesis is written within a laboratory, the delivery of the thesis draft between students and teacher becomes complex, especially in case of frequent correction of thesis draft. Electronic documentation of a draft requires certain devices by which others cannot access the computerized draft. In order to clear up these problems, "Electronic-document-sharing within a Laboratory Using ASP" has been tried. As a result, (1) it is possible to write higher-quality thesis because the delivery of the thesis draft is made efficiency, (2) wasteful time of going to school is reduced because the thesis can be used from school and home, (3) it becomes possible to share various documents other than the thesis draft in the laboratory, because appropriate access control is done, (4) communications within the laboratory have improved by using the accompanying tools simultaneously. | |||||||||
