| 内容記述 | 昭和12年に小運送業法と日本通運株式会社法からなる所謂小運送二法が制定される。それまで複雑不統ーであった鉄道小運送事業(鉄道貨物輸送と連係する小運送業)の整備がはかられることとなった。本稿はその統合整備の意義について一定の評価を加えようとするものである。すなわち同時期における交通政策の戦時統制的性格や軍事的性格の濃厚の程度が考えられるが, 筆者は二法制定後免許制となり事業申請が続く九州の事例を要塞地帯のそれを含めて検討する。そしてこの段階ではあくまで交通体系の整備に重心があった可能性を説くものである。 （英文） In 1937, the so called "Two Laws of Ko-unso", which consisted of "the Law of Ko-unso" and "the Law of Nippon Tsu-un Company", were promulgated. That means the government's intention of integrating the railway and non- railway freights through the foundation of Nippon Tsu-un Company. The aim of this article is to make clear the meaning of pulmalgation of the above mentioned two laws by investigating how was, after the pulmalgation, the situation of the application and approval for the new transportation business in some railway stations. | |||||||||
