| 内容記述 | [抄録] 現在、企業組織の中では様々な雇用形態の労働者が混在している。企業にとって、多様な雇用形態を生かした人材活用は重要な課題である。特に、近年、女性労働者における非正規労働者割合が高まっている。そこで、本稿では、女性労働者を取り上げ、雇用形態に応じた活用を検討してみたい。具体的には、非正規労働者の雇用形態の中、女性の一般的な働き方となっている派遣に焦点をあてる。そして、女性労働者の主たる職業である事務職の中での活用について考察していく。 [Abstract] At present, there are workers who are employed in different forms by corporations. For corporations, it is an important subject to apply its human resources by making good use of employment form. Particularly, in recent years, the raising a rate of non-permanent workers in female workers has been rising. Then, in this paper, I take up female workers and examine the application its human resources by making good use of employment form. Specifically, among non permanent workers, I am going to forcus on temporary workers as female workers' general employment form. Moreover, I consider its application in office work as main occupation of female workers. | |||||||||
