| 内容記述 | [要旨]青枯病菌に感染した植物体から分離した細菌、KRsL-001，KRsL-003 およびKRsL-004 に感染するバクテリオファージ（ファージ）を土壌より分離した。分離したファージのうち、KRsL-001 に感染するファージは17 種類、KRsL-003 に感染するファージは1種類、KRsL-004 に感染するファージは84種類であった。これらファージが形成するプラーク形状は、周縁輪郭が明瞭なもの、および不明瞭なものの2種類に分類され、ファージの種類と使用する宿主菌によって形成されるプラークの特徴は異なることが明らかとなった。[Abstract] This study isolated bacteriophages（phages）from field soil for use in the biological control of the bacterial wilt disease pathogen Ralstonia solanacearum. Soil collected from the field was mixed with host bacteria culture solution（KRsL-001, -003, and -004）to increase the numbers of infectious phages, and incubated at room temperature for 24 h. The supernatant collected from the mixture was spotted on phage-detection plates and incubated at room temperature for 16 h. Plaques that formed on the plateswere isolated as phages that could infect KRsL-001, -003, and -004. More than 100 phages were obtained from the phage-detection plates. These phages were classified into transparent or turbid plaque types based on their plaque morphology. | |||||||
