Also in 2016, Alibaba Group Holding Limited started the practice of New Retail and founded Hema. After that, Alibaba Group Holding Limited gradually expanded the sphere of influence of New Retail through the merger of physical retail. This paper examines the environmental factors of New Retail. First, reviews the environmental factors of retail industry development. Then the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors of New Retail are investigated.
