| 内容記述 | This article is a basic study to the little known theme of Ukrainian wooden churches which are of unique architectural phenomena. Starting from the historical roots of Ukrainian wooden architecture and reviewing all basic investigations of this field, article runs to examining of typology and genesis of wooden church plans which are settled to three basic types such as the plan of farm-house type, Ukrainian traditional three-partial plan and cross plan. Then it is brought to light wooden churches' principal construction that is based on "azekura zukuri" system and "azekura zukuri" tower with typical construction form called "zalom". Special point of interest is interior space of wooden churches to which is paid particular attention. | |||||||||||||
