Aging rate in Kumano-Cho is 28％ now, the ratio is higher compared with another neighborhood areas. And the existence of geographical slopes in the surroundings has been the obstacles of residents' daily movements. Then, this plan is examined and the transport planning which reflected the residents' opinions as much as possible is carried out.
