The symptom was similar to the disease caused by tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV). To identify a causal pathogen, tomato plants showing the typical symptom and whiteflies on the plants were tested for their viruliferousness with a commercial TYLCV detection kit. All tomato plants and whiteflies tested were positive for infection with TYLCV. Moreover, biotypes of collected whiteflies were examined using the same PCR method. The present survey revealed that 31 whiteflies were biotype B and five whiteflies were biotype Q of Bemisia tabaci., application/pdf}, pages = {55--58}, title = {〈原著〉近畿大学農学部実験温室におけるトマト黄化葉巻病の発生とタバココナジラミバイオタイプの検定}, volume = {46}, year = {2013}, yomi = {マツダ, ヨシノリ and セトモト, マミ and ヨシモト, ナオタミ and ノノムラ, テルオ and カクタニ, コウジ and タキカワ, ヨシヒロ and トヨダ、ヒデヨシ} }
