These components were identified by color tests with several reagents and their Rf. value. As shown in Fig. 3, the type of phospholipids in Yuba were cardiolipin, phosphatidylethanolamine (Ph-E), phosphatidylcholine (Ph-C), lyso-Ph-E, sphingomyelin (Sph) and lysoPh-C. Estimation of Ph-E, Ph-C, Sph. and lyso-Ph-C in these phospholipids were determined by the Bartlett method after the extraction from T.L.C. spot followed to Zeitman method. As shown in Table 2, the amount of Ph-C were 0.792~1.140mg, Ph-E 0.388~0.439mg, Sph. 0.152~0.288mg and lyso-Ph-C 0.052~0.100mg per 5g sample, respectively. But phosphorus values were very scattered. These results show that the process of manufacture, autooxydation by light, temperature, humidity and hygroscopicmoisture during preservation effect to the properties of phospholipids in Yuba.[要約]市販ゆば中のリン脂質の定性はFolch法によって抽出し、薄層クロマトグラフィーで展開溶媒をクロロホルム-メタノール系の3種として、確認には発色がそれぞれ特徴をもつ検出試薬を使って行なった結果、7種のリン脂質が完全な単一スポットで得られた。市販ゆば4種のリン脂質のうちホスファチジルエタノールアミン、ホスファチジルコリン、スフィンゴミエリン、リゾホスファチジルコリンの 4種をヨウ素試薬で検出し、薄層プレートよりスポットをかきとりZeitman法により脂質を抽出し、Bartlett法を改良して比色定量を行なった結果、リン量、すなわちリン脂質量にばらつきが認められた。これは、製造過程による熱、貯蔵中の光、温度、湿度などこにより自動酸化をうけた影響と考えられる。}, pages = {135--143}, title = {ゆばの研究 (IV) : 薄層クロマトグラフィーによるリン脂質の定性と定量}, year = {1971}, yomi = {イイズカ, ヨシトミ and イナバ, カズナリ} }
