内容記述 | These experiments were chosen as the subject of the study the toxin fungi-itself and metabolic substance. Fusidium sp., Mucor sp., and Botrytis sp. on strawberries, Aspergillus oryzae and Asp. niger on banana, Cladosporium sp. on lemons and Penicillium islandicum that received from F. I. 0. were cultured (27℃, 20 days). Filtrate was separated from liquid culture medium was concentrated on 30 times. The dd-strain mouse, 17-25g were housed in groups of eight. These concentrated filtrate was used as the test liquid 0.8% sodium chloride solution were the check prepared control. These results were shown Fig. 1, 2, 3, and Table 1,2. Asp. oryzae and Botrytis group of intraperitoneal injection and P. islandicum Mucor, group oi peros were most different from control. In the liver weight of intraperitoneal injection group, Fusidium and P. islandicum group were increased, Cladosporium, Asp. oryzae and Mucor groups were decreased, Asp. niger was like, in the kidney weight, Cladosporium group was just a little, other groups made no great difference. In the kidney weight of peros groups, Cladosporium, Asp. oryzae and Asp. niger were increased, Botrytis group was decreased, in compasison with control. | |||||||||||||
