| 内容記述 | [Author abstract]It has often been said that plants grow well where there is a wind. The wind is supposed to help the respiration of the plants and work well for the protection of the plants from insect damage. From the recent study on U effect 1, the author found that when plants are waved by the wind, A.C. voltage occurs at the roots and branches, of which frequency and wave form are the same as those of the movement of the plants. Though the effect of this phenomenon on the growth of plants has not yet been explained, the author is going to explain this phenomenon in details through the experimental results based on the theory of U effect-1.[著者抄録]U効果-Iより見たる植物起電力の一考察。昔から、風のよく通る所に、植物がよく生育すると言われている。これには植物の呼吸作用、虫害等に好条件であると言うこともあると思う。最近、我々のU効果-Iから植物が風などで動く時に、その植物の動く周波数や波形に等しい交番電圧が、植物の根と茎の両端に発生することがわかった。即ち、この現象が、植物の生育にどのような影響を与えるか知らぬが、今迄に、その様な現象を詳細に知られなかっただけに、大変興味のある事実と思われるので、この現象の発生理論と、実験結果を述べた。このU電位を用いて、ζ電位の測定が、非常に便利になったのでこの点をも少し述べておいた。ζ電位は農薬等の接着作用に、非常に関係をもつものである。 | |||||||||
