Generally, deterioration of these properties were observed in the soils of non-manured fields. However, on such a field, C/N ratio of rice plants and percentages of rippening were higher, then, good quality of grains were produced, although rice yield was lesser.[著者抄録]滋賀柴栗東町の試験田(地下水位低く,乾田型で黄褐色)と守山市の試験田(地下水位高く,湿田型で暗褐色,黒灰色でグラィ化傾向あり)における自然的農法田(無施肥田)と同一立地条件下にある普通の慣行栽培田(施肥田)につき,その土壌の理化学的および微生物的性質と土壌腐植および土壌糖類について検討を加えた。土壌の諸性質は土壌型,土性,立地的環境や栽培条件によって影響を受けるが,おもに栗東地区試験田における施肥田と無施肥田の土壌についての相異点をあげると次の通りである。1.無施肥田は施肥田にくらべて上壌はしまって固く,透水性や通気性は一般に不良である。また土壌の水中沈底容積は小さく耐水性団粒の生成は少ない。2.無施肥田のpHは一般に低くEhは高くなり,交換酸や加水酸度は大である。すなわち,無施肥栽培は土壌の酸性化をすすめた。また,無施肥田土壌ではEeOは少なく,全窒素量はあまり変らないが,NH_4-NとN0_3-Nと全Cは減少し,そのC/N比は低下する。なおSi0_2、P_20_5, K_20などの有効成分量の低下が認められる。とくに無施肥田の表層よりの有効珪酸の溶脱は土壌コロイドの劣化を促進する。3.栗東試験田の土壌中の天然養分供給量の順位はK_2O>P_20_5>Nでこの傾向は無施肥田に行いて顕著に認められる。水田における稲(Top leal)のN量は,無施肥田に行いて少なく(/N比は大である。また,水田の水口により中央部,水尻部にむかって稲の生育は一般に劣り,また植物体中の成分特にN含量は少なくなりC/N比が大となる。この傾向は無施肥田において顕著である。4.水田土壌中のAzotobacterによる遊離窒素の固定量は無施肥田において少なかった。5.土壌微生物,特に硫酸還元菌,脱窒菌その他の嫌気性徴生物の存在は無施肥田において少ない。この傾向は硫酸還元菌において明らかにみとめられた。また細菌,糸状菌についての根圈効果は,稲の生育時期によって異なるが、一般に無施肥田において小さい。6.土壌中の糖類の含量は土壌中の有機物(腐植)と相関的な関係にあり,従って微生物の生育やその他稲の生育時期によって変化するが,一般に無施肥田に少なかった。なお構成糖については無施肥田と施肥田について明かな相違は見出し得なかった。7.稲の無施肥栽培は長期にわたると水田においても土壌の物理的・化学的性質を変化させ、また土壌の微生物活動を抑制して土壌中の植物遺体の腐植化や糖の生産に影響するものと考えられる。稲の無施肥栽培または特に窒素欠乏土壌においては収量の低下は予想されるが,植物体中のC/N比が高くなり稔実歩合は大となる。これよりして無施肥栽培においては一般に蛋白質少なく澱粉含量の高い良質米の生産が期待される。かくして土壌中の窒素含量の低下は生産物の品質に影響を与えるものと考えるが稲の栄養生理上注意すべき点である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_36":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"記念特集I","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
