Two fractions, F.1 and F.5, inhibited the germinations of lettuce at the concentration of 300ppm, but the other fractions were less effective. Furthermore, F.1 and F.5 showed growth inhibition on the seedlings of lettuce and rice. These fractions also gave an inhibitory effects on the growth of the water nutgrass plant itself.GC-MS analysis indicates the presence of sesquiterpenoids such as l3-selinene, methyl farnesate, farnesyl acetate and farnesol in the F.1. Althought the four components possessed both anti-gibberelin and anti-auxin activities, there was difference between l3-selinene having bicyclic skeleton and methyl farnesate, farnesyl acetate and farnesol havinc acyclic skeleton for root elongation activities and action on adventitious root formation. These data are consistent with the assumption that sesquiterpenes are responsible for allelopathic effects.[著者抄録]ミズガヤツリ塊茎のアルコール抽出物について、Fig 1に示す方法によって、5画分に分画した。それらは精油画分; F1, 中性画分; F2, フェノール画分; F3、酸性画分; F4、酢酸エチル溶性画分; F5であった。これらの画分について、レタス種子発芽テストおよびレタス、イネ幼首の生長阻害テストを行ったところ、F1とF5の両画分で抑制活性か認められた。また F1とF5の画分はミガヤツリ塊茎自身の植物体の生長を抑制した。F1の精油画分についてその組織をGC-MSで分析したところ、β-selinene, metyl farnesate, farnesyl acetate, farnesolなどのセスキテルペンが同定された。これらのセスキテルペン頬は抗オーキシン活性および抗ジベレリン活性を示したが、双環性セスキテルペンのβ-selineneと鎖状セスキテルペンのmetyl farnesate, farnesyl acetate, farnesol間で、根の伸長活性ならびに不定根形成作用では差異が認められた。これらのことから、これらセスキテルペンは、他感作用の原因物質になることが推察された。}, pages = {57--65}, title = {ミズカヤツリから得た抽出物の植物生長抑制物質について}, year = {1981}, yomi = {コマイ, コウイチロウ and スギワカ, ヨシユキ and サトウ, ショウタロウ} }
