| 内容記述 | [Author abstract]Industrial wastes, such as corrugated paper, saccharification-less soup (waste product of whisky manufacture), distillers soluble (waste product of whisky manufacture), peat and mowered turf grass, were studied to estimate their capability to work as substrates for the industrial production of Pleurotus ostreatus. Fruiting did not occur on the distillers soluble, corrugated paper, or peat alone, but occurred when these were used with rice bran.The use of saccharification-less soup or mowered turf grass successfully increased the fresh weight yield of fruit-body by two to three times when they were added to the basal medium consisting of sawdust and rice bran (5:1).[著者抄録]1. キノコ生産業における培地材料としての鋸屑は不足の傾向にある。それを産業廃棄物の有効利用によって解消するための資料を得るため、廃棄ダンボ-ル紙、大麦糖化粕、蒸留残渣濃縮液、芝の刈り草、およびピートをヒラタケのビン培養に利用したときの有効度を検討した。2. ウイスキー製造工業から出る廃棄物の蒸留残渣濃縮液、廃棄ダンボール紙、ピートはそれぞれ単独で用いても子実体形成は起らなかったが、米糠を併用すると品質の良いヒラタケが形成された。3. 特に、ウイスキー製造工業から廃棄される大麦糖化粕および芝の刈り草に米糠を添加した培地では基本培地の2～3倍の子実体収量が得られた。4. 本実験で利用した廃棄物の有効性の機作について考案した。 | |||||||||||||
